The follow-up touchpoint is meant to plant a seed in the visitors mind to return or at the very least recall their experience. For this I want to design a wall installation of led panels to create an expansive exiting corridor/room as the final visual the guests see before they leave. The wall would be lit up with the "SF MoMA pattern" background (seen in the other touchpoints) in motion. There would also be screens the guests would be able to interact with which have surveys to gather information on their visit.

Ranking experience from 1-5

I wanted this design to keep the simple, minimal feel the other touchpoints retained while simultaneously being visually impactful due to its pure scale and format. The red color background on the led screen carried over from all previous touchpoints associates it with the SF MoMA brand. The touch screens inlayed are stark white to create contrast and draw attention. The enticing line "Win an SF MoMA Tote Bag!" is intended to entice people to at least consider approaching the screen. Everyone enjoys free stuff. The survey (see survey screens section for reference) is minimal in both style and format. A user can get through the survey in less than a minute. The second-to-last screen asks for an e-mail to enter the giveaway which also serves as an opportunity to sign up for a newsletter and other e-mail subscriptions.

The screens also serve as a great place for a photo op for visitors, like the ever-famous Bruce Nauman and Dan Flavin neon signs which seems to be a popular social media post backdrop (pictured right).

This last step serves to show we care about the visitor's feedback and appreciate their visit. It also creates excitement about the potential of winning the tote bag which leaves the SF MoMA brand in their mind even after they leave the museum grounds. The survey kiosk is made to be accessible to people of all ages and experience with technology. This serves as a great way to entice visitors to come back or at least recommend the MoMA to their social circles.
